Humbrol hobby spray tests.... not good

So i tried out the Humbrol acrylic paint I found which was a perfect colour match.

The problem I got was in the initial attempt to use it the finish was INCREDIBLY glossy. I am going to try and use it again by doing lots of very very thin coats to try and force at least a satin finish but I am not holding out any hope.

    It's expensive but i can practically guarantee you that testors dullcote will tone it down a lot, maybe ask a friend to test one mini but I bet it could save that basecoat.

    Wow, thats creepy, but actually i kinda like the Gloss, more Bloody-like if you ask me
